If you’re familiar with Colorado then you’ve probably been to the beautiful town of Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park. RMNP is filled with rich history dating back to 1800s. President Woodrow Wilson signed a bill to make this area a national park in 1915. There’s plenty more interesting facts about this area. One of the coolest facts is that the groom’s family owns a cabin inside the National Park! Allyson & Michael live in Michigan but traveled many times to visit this special cabin and fell more in love with the area and each other. They decided a destination wedding was in the cards for them and couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate than RMNP. We traveled all around the park documenting their day which was full of beauty! May in Colorado can bring sunshine or snow as seen in photos! Congratulations you two I had a wonderful time exploring with you and sharing your love for the mountains!
Scouting the location for Shelby & Austin's mountain wedding was a beautiful blue sky kind of day. In the meet up I had with the bride she mentioned it was supposed to rain the ENTIRE week of their wedding! I was honestly hopeful because anyone who's lived in Colorado for a while understands our weather can be volatile to say the least. The day that had been planned for over year came and Shelby was dead on...it was raiiiinnninnngg! It was pretty much dumping all the way up to Estes. When I pulled up to the YMCA the rain suddenly stopped the sun peaked out and we were able to capture some beautiful images! The low lying clouds and colors that popped with the weather made everything so beautiful! Shelby and Austin, thank you for inviting me to be a part of your awesome day! I will always remember your beautiful ceremony, location and most importantly the love you two share! From now on I'll always say bring on the RAIN!! - Kristen-

What a stunning day in April for this Estes Park Wedding! The skies were so blue and the weather absolutely gorgeous! The ceremony took place at Our Lady of the Mountains followed by a rustic lodge style reception at the Historic Crag's Lodge with wonderful entertainment by Mountain Music Noco. Elizabeth and Jonathan are so in love and their genuine happiness was ever-present in every single smile! Thank you for having me be a part of such a special day! I wish you both all the best in your new life together! Cheers! - Kristen Rush-
